Areas of assignment are based on the various steps of the consulting process value chain. Concrete tasks and responsibilities vary depending on level of expertise and leadership:
  1. Associate Partner: manages and coordinates projects on site with extensive involvement in operational implementation, develops new consulting approaches.  
  2. Manager: carries out individual sub-projects independently and functions as the contact person for the client/project manager, develops new consulting approaches.
  3. Senior Consultant: carries out sub-projects and manages/provides guidance for younger consultants in analysis, significant and consistent involvement in daily project tasks and creation of project documentation, provides support for development of new consulting approaches.
  4. Consultant: gathers information about the subject areas from the client, focuses on the analysis of relevant facts and circumstances, and creates project documentation independently.
  5. Intern/Graduands: we offer young professionals and students the opportunity to learn first hand about the life of a consultant,- whether on site with our local clients or in our office(s). Our individual feedback sessions guarantee successful learning, practical experience and a lot of fun.

Entry as an Intern/Graduate
(student in final semester)

You haven't made a final decision yet about your career and would like to take a look at the professional world of a management consultant. If you're interested in learning about the daily life of a consultant, have very good marks on your intermediate university examinations and some initial practical experience, then our internship program offers you an ideal way to gain insight into the profession.

Entry as a Consultant/ Senior Consultant

You enjoy analytical and structured team work and you're curious about a dynamic, growing, international consulting firm. We offer you the opportunity to quickly take on responsibility, to collaborate with an interdisciplinary, highly qualified, young team and to experience interesting perspectives. Entry as a Manager / Senior Manager

You already have many years of experience and are interested in taking responsibility for and carrying out project management assignments independently. Your conceptual and analytical abilities, creativity in configuring and solving problems and quality consciousness set you apart. You have strong skills in communication and persuasion, along with a good sense of humour, and are ready to take responsibility within a team.
