Career Perspectives

Areas of assignment are based on the various steps of the consulting process value chain. Concrete tasks and responsibilities vary depending on level of expertise and leadership:

• Associate Partner: manages and coordinates projects on site with extensive involvement in operational implementation, develops new consulting approaches. 
  
  
• Manager: carries out individual sub-projects independently and functions as the contact person for the client/project manager, develops new consulting approaches.
  
  
• Senior Consultant: carries out sub-projects and manages/provides guidance for younger consultants in analysis, significant and consistent involvement in daily project tasks and creation of project documentation, provides support for development of new consulting approaches.
  
  
• Consultant: gathers information about the subject areas from the client, focuses on the analysis of relevant facts and circumstances, and creates project documentation independently.
  
  
• Intern/Graduand: we offer young professionals and students the opportunity to learn first hand about the life of a consultant ‑ whether on site with our local clients or in our office(s). Our individual feedback sessions guarantee successful learning, practical experience and a lot of fun.
